Shipping, Handling & Returns

Our goal is to receive, process, pick, pack and ship all orders in a safe, timely fashion,.  We hope to get your order fulfilled in an entirely satisfactory manner.  However we recognize that we operate within the constraints of supply and demand, and sometimes there are delays in our supply chain.  Here are the guidelines we follow so you will know what you can expect:

Orders: U-Best ships to domestic continental US addresses.  Orders received by 5:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped by common carrier within 2 business days from the receipt of the order.  Orders received after 5 pm PST will be considered as being received on the next business day.

Expedited Orders:  U-Best will expedite the shipping and handling of your order upon request at no additional charge provided the following:  Order must be received by 11:00 am in order to be shipped the next business day.

Handling and Transit:  U-Best does everything we can to make sure packaging is sufficiently sturdy and labeled to safely get the package to your location.  U-best is not responsible for any lost, stolen or weather damaged merchandise left unattended or during transit.  U-Best currently ships via UPS ground unless otherwise noted on the order at check-out process (3 day select and next day air service also available.  U-Best is not responsible for damaged merchandise such as clear PET cups due to extreme heat.  PET products are not designed to withstand high heat and should be stored in cool dry locations upon receipt.

Cancellation:  Canceling/Modifying an Order

Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order! If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. In order to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we are unable to alter any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order in any way, please call (714) 255-9299 and ask to speak to an e-commerce representative. 

Return/ restocking:  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days, no problem.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.   All items must be unopened in the original packaging for a full refund.  All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days.
